The major human problem I see here is privacy. When I buy a Tesla, was I consenting to have my data used as part of a training set? When I opt for Neurolink surgery, assuming such a procedure becomes routine, did I consent to have my thoughts captured to improve performance of Grok 7.0 or whatever? AI ethics is complex, and very culturally nuanced. I can’t see where ethical training comes into the above. I stated that the above was the major human problem, because, even if you abstract human concerns from this project, the other major problem is how limited the rest of the data set is. A lot of AI rolls back to good old statistics, and one of the first principles of statistical research is to get a representative sample. Not a sample of convenience. That step, is what is missing here.
